Return & Refund Policy

Email support@plolli.com within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Do not send an item without authorization.

Conditions and return shipping

Change-of-mind items must be unused, unassembled and complete with original packaging, parts and accessories. The customer pays change-of-mind return freight, including any oversized-item transport. If Plolli confirms a wrong, faulty or transit-damaged item, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and explain the shipping arrangements without limiting statutory rights.

Return address

Room 405, South Block, Jinwen Digital Valley, Huangtian Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, China. This return address is different from the registered business address.

Refunds

After a return is received, inspected and approved, Plolli processes the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. The payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
