Processing and transit

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit time is 5–15 business days after dispatch and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Destinations and rates

Available destinations are those offered at checkout. Shipping is based on the discounted merchandise subtotal before tax and shipping: standard shipping below USD 40 costs USD 6.99; USD 40 or more receives free standard shipping. US Express shipping is USD 15.

Tracking, addresses and larger items

Review the complete delivery address, access route and product dimensions before ordering. Assembly or room-of-choice service is not included unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

Lost parcels and delays

Email the order number, tracking number and delivery details to support@plolli.com. After the carrier confirms a loss, Plolli dispatches a free replacement within 3 business days. Natural disasters, severe weather, disease outbreaks, public-health events and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may delay delivery without a fixed compensation promise. Where an attributable operational error by Plolli or a logistics partner causes delay, we will provide an appropriate remedy without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
